Only one state away from Missouri to Illinois for the 2010 Fall Convention for the Illinois Association of REALTORS.  I had a blast attending the meetings, classes and giving my own “Power Prospecting and Renewing Referrals” twice in the same day.

Lynn Madison

It was a great chance to catch up with my friends.

On Wednesday morning I sat through Lynn Madison’s Risk Management class.  She is one of the best instructors I know. She is one of the best at controlling an entire room for 3 hours, 300 people, and made the time flow by quickly.

Illinois YPN ChapterI showed up for the Illinois Chapter YPN speed networking event which was a great idea exchange of practical ideas on how to get more business using traditional and out of the box ideas.  Thanks to Kyle Killibrew for doing a fantastic job facilitating the session.

You wouldn’t believe it but my friend Ramona Ruskuls made the big guy Steve Harney cry. Check out how amazing her voice is.

Here are the pictures of all the cool people.
