The South Carolina REALTORS and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS both had their annual conventions in Myrtle Beach this year and it was so much fun to see everyone and meet new friends.Doug and Terry Watson On the way there I was on the same plane with Pat Zaby, a CRS instructor who has had a big influence on me and my technical application to real estate.

Terry Watson also was there who closed the session out by making us laugh and learn.  My big takeaway from his sessions were to get Chia seeds for energy and invest in Mephisto shoes.  Thanks Terry!

Jackie LeavenworthOne of the highlights of the conference was when the North Carolina and South Carolina CRS chapters hosted an event with a reception to follow.  This event was a two hour info cram session by CRS instructors Zan Monroe, Jackie Leavenworth, Pat Zaby, and Mark Given.  Great job to Bob de Camara for putting this together.
