On March 11th I helped kick off the Houston Association of REALTORS Digital Spring Training Camp with my ‘Taking the Tyrannosaurus Out of Technology” presentation.  There were only 30 minutes to share so my goal was to help agents understand that you should “Know the why and delegate the how” when it comes social media marketing. Many feel overwhelmed with the limitless activities that one can participate in with online social networking.

We interviewed my friend Terry the Tyrannosaurus who has been selling real estate for the last 30 billion years.
