My visit to Alabama was one of the most unique experiences I have ever had.  I mean that in a good way of course.  Each person I met was so kind, warm, and welcoming to the University of Alabama. I truly enjoyed spending time with some really cool people.  I gave my social media presentation called Communicating Effectively Using Social Media in the morning followed by Blogging Effectively session at the end of the day.

Here is the PowerPoint presentation for you to review

Here are some additional free handouts to download.

Here is the video we used to promote the event.

My most memorable evening was when my friend Jeri Gray took me out to dinner with some of her REALTOR® friends and I got myself an education.  I learned many Southern phrases that I think could be interpreted many different ways.  I was laughing so hard that I had to take some notes.  I think I heard someone say “Bless your heart” 46 times during my stay.  What does that mean?  I took it to Facebook to get others interpretation.

Thanks to all that attended. If you have any questions about the session, please leave a comment and we can continue the discussion. Hope to see you next time I’m in Alabama!
