It was my absolute delight to share some new ideas with the Houston Association of REALTORS on the relevance of social media. They are already doing many cool things like filming green screen videos for their agents, have HAR TV, and using social media sites.
In order for REALTOR Associations to use social media effectively there needs to be rules and standards of practice that staff and leadership ought to follow on a regular basis to ensure the creation and delivery of relevant content that does not overlap.
The PowerPoint below demonstrates these ideas and some solutions to make the process easier for everyone involved and will increase value to its members.
